Mucus-free Life Live Event Terms & Conditions Agreement

Thank you for registering to attend a Mucus-free Life event hosted by Prof. Spira. These are private, community-centered gatherings conducted under the umbrella of Mucus-free Life, including the Mucus-free Life Membership Program and Mucus-free Life Health Club Intl., PMA. By completing your registration or ticket purchase, you agree to the following:

1. Privacy & Confidentiality

I understand that all Mucus-free Life live events are private in nature. I agree to respect the privacy of all attendees, organizers, and staff. This includes not disclosing the identities of participants, specific venue details, or any behind-the-scenes activity to outside parties.

I agree not to use any audio or video recording devices during the event unless explicitly granted permission by Mucus-free Life staff. (Limited permission may be given to capture short clips for social media with prior approval.)

If I am found recording without permission, I understand that I will forfeit any money paid, be removed from the event, and may be banned from future events and blacklisted from further business with any Mucus-free Life organization.

2. Media Release (Organizer Recordings)

I understand that Mucus-free Life may record portions of live events (including but not limited to audio, video, and photography) for archival, educational, and promotional purposes.

By attending, I irrevocably grant full permission for Mucus-free Life, Prof. Spira, and any associated media teams to use my likeness, voice, and/or image in any media format, now or in the future, without restriction or compensation.

3. Intellectual Property

All teachings, techniques, systems, and original concepts shared by Prof. Spira and representatives of Mucus-free Life are copyrighted intellectual property protected by law.

I agree not to reproduce, teach, share, or create derivative works from any of the content presented—whether for personal, educational, or commercial use—without written permission from Mucus-free Life.

All materials shared are for my private, personal use only.

4. Health & Lifestyle Disclaimer

I understand that the information presented at Mucus-free Life events—including guidance on diet, detoxification, fasting, physical activity, and lifestyle—is based on the personal experience and opinions of Prof. Spira and other practitioners, and is not medical advice.

Mucus-free Life does not offer treatment, cure, or medical diagnosis of any condition.

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any decisions I make regarding my health, diet, or lifestyle, and that I have been advised to consult with a licensed healthcare provider before making any changes.

5. Liability Waiver

I agree that Mucus-free Life, Prof. Spira, Mucus-free Life Membership Program, and Mucus-free Life Health Club Intl., PMA, along with all event organizers and staff, are not liable for any physical, emotional, or financial consequence that may arise from my participation in a live event.

If a dispute arises, I agree to resolve it through binding arbitration and waive any right to litigation or class action.

6. Non-Refundable Policy

All event payments are non-refundable, including cancellations or no-shows.
By registering, I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and that I am financially capable of making this investment without duress.

7. Confidentiality Enforcement & Legal Penalties

Disclosing confidential event information—including the meeting location or identities of participants or staff—may result in a $75,000 fine, enforceable through legal action or wage garnishment.

I confirm that:

• I am not attending as an undercover journalist, investigator, or media agent.

• I am not affiliated with any state, federal, or regulatory agency acting in an investigative capacity.

• I will not use any information gained at the event for any purpose other than personal private application.

8. Agreement Acknowledgment

By completing my registration or purchasing a ticket, I confirm that:

• I have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

• I am attending as a private individual and participant in good faith.

• This agreement applies to all live events, past, present, or future, conducted by Mucus-free Life, Prof. Spira, Mucus-free Life Membership Program, and Mucus-free Life Health Club Intl., PMA.
